Five rounds, each round for time, :
- 20 Pull-ups
- 30 Push-ups
- 40 Sit-ups
- 50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Post time for each of five rounds, and/or total time (less rest) to comments.

BURPEE MILE participants must meet outside reception area of Millennium Institute no later than 1:15pm today. Friends and family are welcome to come along!
