    Done at home. Legs so wrecked from two CFT yesterday that I subbed cleans for the hang squat clean. 19:01.

    Sore shoulder / neck so subbed at home:

    a) 1 round Tabata Sprints (hill) followed by 1 round tabata bottom to bottom squats

    about 2 min rest

    b) 4 rounds of
    25 walking lunges (1 leg = 1/2)
    50 squats
    time for b) 14:42
