“Over the last few months I have had many gym members undergo an 8 week nutrition and exercise programme. We used the Zone eating plan as we had earlier tested it in the Gym with a number of volunteers. In the 6 week study the Zone Diet gave better and more reliable results than the conventional, low fat high carbohydrate diet that we tested it against. It was also the preferred diet by all participants who had experienced both eating plans.
The 8 week programme was designed based on the 6 week study, and gives a structured approach of education and support while members form new eating habits.
The results have been excellent, and not just because of the loss of body-fat (which was great in itself). Gym members also experienced increased energy levels, felt better, slept better and also looked better. Some with health problems have had surprising improvements, such as improved liver function, thyroid function and asthma.
Clients who had previously failed to get results by exercising and watching what they ate, when started on the Zone Programme were surprised and delighted that by the results they experienced.
Every client that has used the Zone has had these kinds of results, which is why I have no hesitation in recommending it.
I have been using the Zone programme myself for nearly a year and am most impressed with the results. I found it was easy to lose weight without hunger, have had increased energy and improved sleep patterns.
