Welcome to CrossFit Auckland.

We are a different kind of gym; one of quality training, and skilled and professional coaching. We have combined over 35 years experience in the fields of fitness and human performance, and total commitment to the members that are our community. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.

At CrossFit Auckland we work hard, but have a great time.  The atmosphere is welcoming and the workouts are rewarding.  There is nothing to be nervous about.  Everyone was new at some point.

FREE CROSSFIT WORKOUT

If you’re still unsure, then give us a test run. Sometimes, going through one of our workouts best explains what CrossFit is. We offer a FREE trial workout on Saturdays at 8am. The coaches will ensure a user-friendly modified version of the CrossFit workout, your first class is free. We will also talk to you about your goals and how CrossFit will help.

GETTING STARTED – ON RAMP FOR NEW MEMBERS

New members of CrossFit Auckland must complete an On Ramp programme:

OPTION 1> If you know you’re ready to become a member, sign on for a 3 class p/wk or Unlimited class membership and get started in our On Ramp class programme.

OPTION 2> Interested in trying CrossFit Auckland first?  Enroll in our On Ramp class programme for $200 fixed term, 3 classes per week for 3 weeks.

The On Ramp programme is 3 classes per week, and is flexible entry, so you can start at the beginning of any new week (space permitting) and participate for 3 weeks.

We’ll teach you fundamental exercises and movements that will set you up with solid CrossFit foundations. The CrossFit mantra is: mechanics, consistency, and then intensity – so the aim is to progress your knowledge, technique and fitness to a level that will allow you to join our regular classes.

  • On Ramp is scheduled 6am Mon/Fri/Sat 9am, or 6pm Mon/Wed/Sat 9am.
  • All nine sessions must be attended or made up via a 50min private session – $80 extra p/session.
  • If the on-ramp class programme is booked out, or you’re unable to attend the scheduled classes, talk to us about an On Ramp private coaching package.

OPTION 3> Join our exclusive Women’s Only Fitness programme: 8 weeks, 3 classes per week (24 sessions).

This programme is for women new to CrossFit regardless of current fitness or ability level. We’ll teach you the fundamental exercises, movements and philosophy that will set you up with solid CrossFit foundations and deliver incredible results.

  • CrossFit Auckland Women is scheduled 6am Tue/Thur/Sat 7am.

OPTION 4> Experienced CrossFitters can join as a class member with a reference from their previous CrossFit Club.

CROSSFIT CLASSES

  • Aligned with CrossFit philosophy
  • Performed in a group setting
  • Constant coach interaction
  • Class participant registrations are capped

A class will consist of:

  • Group warm-up led by the coach
  • Technique review/practice with coach instruction and direction
  • Workout of the Day (WOD) – always different
  • Stretch

PRIVATE COACHING

We offer private coaching sessions for clients who prefer a one-on-one atmosphere, require sports specific training, have specific needs, or are severely de-conditioned.

Appointment availability varies. Please inquire directly.

  • 50min Private Coaching range between $80 to $120
  • 30min Private Coaching range between $50 to $80
  • 2-on-1 Private Coaching discounted by 50% for the second client
  • Body Composition 30min Appointment $60

CROSSFIT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE

CrossFit Auckland Teens & Kids

For young people ages 8 to 17. A team environment where young people develop beneficial physical and emotional attributes. They learn to chip away at goal oriented tasks and discover that they can accomplish things that may at first appear difficult or challenging. We foster a positive attitude toward hard work as well as celebrate and enjoy accomplishment.
