“Fitness Games”

CrossFit NZ and CrossFit Auckland are proud to present  ‘Fitness Games’, Saturday 13 June 2009.

These Games are open to any athlete of any level. The Fitness Games also serve to celebrate CrossFit NZ’s first birthday, and all proceeds go to helping Taz get to the  2009 CrossFit Games, in Aromas California this July. Event held at CrossFit NZ, in Panmure.

Contact us or CrossFit NZ to enter. Entries close June 10th. Scaling is allowed.

First Workout:

3 rounds for time:

  • 10 Overhead anyhow (eg Press, Jerk etc) 40/30kg
  • 20 KB Swings 24/16kg
  • 30 Air Squats
  • 200m Run

Two subsequent Workouts named on the day.
