Everyone Can CrossFit!

Never heard of CrossFit before?  Or maybe a friend won’t shut up about CrossFit?  Don’t be intimidated by what you see on our blog.  All exercises prescribed in the “Workout of the Day” (WOD) are adaptable (scalable) to suit your personal fitness and skill level, and will help you reach your fitness goals faster and more effectively than any other programme out there.

CrossFit Auckland Coaches are highly skilled at CrossFit methodology, exercise progressions and regressions, and group coaching.  Clients of our daily WOD classes vary in age, fitness and exercise experience.

Everyone Can CrossFit

Yes, CrossFit has a reputation for being for elite athletes. It has definitely made monsters out of ordinary people, no doubt.

But to say that CrossFit is only for the elite is to miss the point entirely.

It’s for people who’ve never gotten off their couch, too. It’s for young and old alike. It’s for heroes, soccer moms, and desk jockeys. It’s for the timid, the shy, and the brave.

Benefits of CrossFit Workouts
