Jump start your fitness and join CrossFit Auckland XLR8 BOOTCAMP. Whether you’re a beginner, avid fitness goer, or just tired of the same old routine, our outdoor CrossFit boot camp will get you out of the gym and into a healthier leaner body. We combine strength training and cardio using a different workout every day that is both timely and effective; routine is the enemy.
It’s structured, effective and constantly varied – all you need to do is turn up and commit to giving us your best effort!
Our group training format encourages a healthy, competitive spirit to motivate you to perform at your personal best. Workouts are run by professional CrossFit coaches who are committed to teaching proper technique, encouraging intensity, and adapting for all levels of fitness. Elite athletes to senior adults and everyone in between can be accommodated.

• Parking and toilet/change facilities are available on site.
• Meet to the right of the toilet block when standing in car park.
